Qwerty Studio Mod Keylogger 1 gives you alot of opinions on what the program can do. Yes, you can track anyone using the computer and that includes your children and spying on your spouse. But any of the surveillanceware reviewed on this site will do that. In this section of each program's review, we will be discussing the actual tools that are included in each program.

The main function of Qwerty Studio Mod Keylogger 1 is to keep a record of all key presses that take place on the computer it has been installed on. It also keeps the keylogger in invisible mode when that option is activated so all knowledge that key presses are being tracked can be kept secret.

It also has an option to allow it to automatically start and start in invisible mode on windows startup so even when a computer is restarted, it will continue to work in stealth mode until you shut it off.

It does this and we think that in these instances, the program does as advertised.

But once it had collected key presses, how that information is displayed may or may not influence your decision to purchase this keylogger.

Mod Keylogger 1 has 4 display windows that display various bits of information. The first is a numbering system which shows you what items have been captured. This is good as it allows you to go through all the keystrokes without being overwhelm by a huge log of information.

The next is the window that the text was captured in. So if the text was captured in a MSN text window, it will show that.

Beside that is the Keypress Data. Whatever window the text was captured in will be displayed here. Clicking on any of these sections, will show the Keypress Data displayed at the bottom window.

This is how you find out what information has been collected by the keylogger. So again, the program does as advertised and we did see everything that was collected. Our only problem with Mod Keylogger 1 is that it collects everything which includes the <left shift> button, <enter> button, etc. This is great but we wish that we could there would be a way to take out that information or if a <left shift> + c keypress occurred at the same time. This way we could more easily see if a capital c was inputted as to what was inputted literally.

Or it would have been nice if the information like <left shift> was colored differently then number, letters and other readable bits of info. It would have been much easier to read. But we found a way around this as the reports can be exported into an html file. There we could see all of the information collected as in the main program window, only it's in an html file which you view in a web browser.

Not a bad feature and this way, keystrokes could be saved with a date naming convention, then clear reports out of the program. You could then open up the file in a word processor and do a mass replace of the <left shift> data to make it more readable.

You would have to be careful if you were trying to get passwords with this program but it did help us. You could then send the reports to your email or wherever you wanted. It's a good keylogger but formatting options would have been a good addition. .

Qwerty Studio Mod Keylogger 1 is a keylogger that does what it's suppose to do and the program is fairly priced for the functions it has.

It collects all keypress data and will start upon Windows start up and even in invisible mode if required.

The program can be brought out of stealth mode and it is password protected so you can be sure no one will get to the reports the program has been collecting.

Reports can be exported and saved as you see fit so you don't need to keep all the information just inside the program.

It does all of this well enough and Qwerty Studio MOD Keylogger 1 will do if all you need is a keylogger. But for just a bit more money, other types of surveillanceware can be purchased with some added functions. The choice is up to you if you need a keylogger or more.
